This command is for the convenience of the poor person who gets stuck entering all the labels. It presents a dialog box identical to the dialog box used for entering label information, and you use it in the same way.
Except that the information you enter in the label template will appear automatically filled in when you add a new label. For instance, if you will be entering many labels from the same company, you could choose Label Template..., fill in the company, address, city, state, and zip code fields with the appropriate data, and then these field will be automatically filled in when you add a new label. It’s a great time saver.
The label template is saved with your label file, so it “sticks” with it.
